Gentle Yoga at Balanced Health
Balanced health Chiropractic and Lynn Van Patten Yoga are coming together to provide a gentle yoga practice designed to enhance mobility without stressing the spine or joints.
No yoga experience is necessary to benefit from this class.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. If you are not comfortable practicing in bare feet, socks can be worn.
A few yoga mats will be provided as well as other props (blocks, straps). If you have your own, please bring them!
