Description
Candidates for the Minnesota Legislature will present their ideas and respond to questions from the audience and the local news media on Thursday evening, October 13. The program will be held in the upper level of the SMSU Conference Center.
A meet the candidates reception will begin at 6:30 PM. State House hopefuls Chris Swedzinski and Keith VanOverbeke will square off at 7:00, with State Senate candidates Gary Dahms and Anita Gaul following at 7:30.
The event is co-sponsored by the Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce and the SMSU Political Science Student Association, with the support of the SMSU Faculty Association.
