Jill Pieper is Vice President and Controller at Schwan’s Company, where she has built a distinguished career over nearly 24 years. Throughout her tenure, she has held a variety of leadership roles across finance operations, treasury, business unit finance, and controllership. In her current role, Jill oversees accounting, accounts receivable, trade, and accounts payable functions. Prior to joining Schwan’s, Jill worked in public accounting with Arthur Andersen. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of South Dakota, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Jill lives in Marshall, Minnesota with her husband, Gabe, and their two children, Noah and Addie. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and staying active supporting her children’s many sporting events.


Alison Errington
Alison Errington, Sr Manager Material Master and Specification Systems. Alison joined the R&D team at Schwan’s in 1998 as a Product Developer in Salina, Kansas. She has Food Science degrees from the University of Minnesota and North Carolina State University. After a break in employment to support her husband’s military career, she came back to Schwan’s to lead the Specification Management team where they maintain master data for all materials and regulate the system that houses the recipes and product specifications. Alison has lived in Cottonwood for the past 8 years with her husband Joe. They have three children in three different states: Texas, Minnesota and Kansas.
