Mr. Noyes is a seasoned professional with extensive executive level leadership experience, including President and CEO.  Mr. Noyes is accomplished in defining vision, setting strategic direction and assembling teams to build shareholder value and creates fast paced professional atmosphere resulting in a green and growing environment for the organization and employees.  His industry experience includes financial services, food, manufacturing, retail and technology.
 
Since leaving Schwan’s in 1999, Mr. Noyes has been active as a strategic consultant to businesses ranging from small family owned to large billion-dollar enterprises.
Mr. Noyes has also personally acquired, grew and subsequently sold businesses in the financial services arena.
