Client Services Representative

Voted Marshall's "Best Financial Planning" by the readers of the Marshall Independent- two years running, our growing independent financial services firm is seeking a qualified applicant to assist our clients in meeting their financial and insurance goals and life objectives. We are adding another Client Service Representative who will be challenged to provide superior customer service. The key team member will be charged with ensuring that operations follow stringent government regulations on multiple levels.
 
Organizational skills will be necessary to assist the financial clients in meeting their goals by:

• Provide superior customer service in a friendly and cheerful manner
• Document all activities (calls, meetings, tasks) in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Management of the scheduling systems (Calendly, Zoom, GoToMeeting), reaching out to existing clients for meetings, sending appointment confirmations 
• Prepare client agendas and update/review information for appointments; Complete client forms/applications and follow up to ensure their completion
• Follow up on all customer service requests and issues in a timely matter
• Schedule seminars, prepare materials, and attend the seminar to help with set-up, take notes and assist with seminar follow-up
• Serve as company contact for affiliated vendors; organize and keep current company literature for marketing, applications, and forms current
• Provide ideas for continual improvement of client services
• Keep work area and the office clean
