We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative & Marketing Coordinator to help expand our market reach, manage distributor relationships, and enhance our brand presence.
Job Summary:
This is a hybrid role that combines inside sales and marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with a business-related degree who is eager to learn, highly organized, and motivated to contribute to both sales growth and brand development. No prior marketing experience is required—just a willingness to take initiative and learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:

• Process and enter sales orders into our order software
• Manage and nurture relationships with distributors and retailers
• Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up with potential customers
• Work with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Identify new sales opportunities and assist with lead generation

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Manage and update website and social media channels
• Create and distribute email marketing campaigns
• Analyze marketing data and trends to improve engagement
• Coordinate the creation of promotional materials

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing) is a plus but not required
