About the Role:
We are seeking an Account Service Representative in our Worthington, MN branch! As an Account Service Representative, you'll play an essential role in providing personalized service to our members. Your position will be a perfect fit for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and offering solutions that meet our members' financial needs. You’ll be the face of LECU, assisting members with their accounts and ensuring that they leave every interaction satisfied and informed.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Account Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting members with their transaction needs.

• Resolving member issues and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.

• Offering a variety of products and services that meet the unique needs of each member.

• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.
