About the Role:
We are seeking a Branch Manager to join our Jackson, MN branch! As the Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service, and maintaining top-tier member relations. You will have the opportunity to drive the branch’s growth, develop long-lasting relationships with both members and the local community, and identify strategies to expand our membership base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day branch operations to ensure they run efficiently.

• Foster strong relationships with members and the local community.

• Support business development activities and track progress toward membership growth goals.

• Ensure that the branch is delivering exceptional service while maintaining high standards of compliance and security.

Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter with a passion for helping others and a positive, community-focused attitude. If you have a professional demeanor, excellent relationship-building skills, and a drive for success, you may be the perfect fit for our team!

• Education: A college degree is preferred, and/or 3-4 years of experience in a financial institution.

• Skills: Leadership, communication, and the ability to develop strong relationships.

• Experience: Previous experience in branch management or financial services is a plus.

Salary: Starting at $58,000 per year
