Job Summary

  • A Phlebotomist organizes and is responsible for collection of patient laboratory specimens.
  • Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on making a positive impact in the lives and health of persons and communities by providing quality services.
  • Demonstrate and embrace the CARE standards (Communication, Attitude, Responsiveness and Engagement) in every aspect of the job!

Education and/or Experience

  • A qualified candidate for the position will have a high school diploma or GED, one to three months related experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience such as Medical Assistant training.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 72 hours every 2 weeks
  • One late shift per week, 10:15am-7:15pm
  • Every 5th weekend
  • Holiday rotation: 1-2 a year

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
